📦 Orders & Shipping
Where do you ship from?
All orders ship from within the United States.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and delivery takes 3–7 business days. Most customers receive their order in under a week.
Do you provide tracking?
Yes. Every order includes a tracking number, sent by email as soon as your package ships.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time we ship within the United States only.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout before you pay, so there are never surprise fees.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
You may return any item within 30 days of delivery, as long as it is unused and in its original packaging.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
Who pays return shipping?
If the item is damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong product, we cover return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping.

Does the levitating cross really float?
Yes. It uses magnetic levitation — the cross floats above the base and rotates a full 360° on its own.
Does it need batteries?
No. It plugs into any standard wall outlet using the included DC adaptor.
Is it safe to leave on overnight?
Yes. It uses only 6W of power and is designed for continuous use.
Is it fragile?
Each item is carefully packaged in protective materials to arrive safely.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, plus the express checkout options shown at checkout.
Is my payment information safe?
Yes. All payments are processed through Shopify's secure, encrypted checkout. We never see or store your card details.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to update or cancel it before it ships.
