Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we'll work with you to fix it.

30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

How to Start a Return

Email support@mydailybiblewisdom.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with return instructions and the correct return address. Please do not send items back before contacting us — returns sent without prior approval cannot be processed.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice — and we cover all return shipping costs in these cases.

Return Shipping Costs

  • We pay return shipping if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The customer pays return shipping for change-of-mind returns.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where the fault is ours.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the funds to your account.

Order Cancellations

Need to cancel? Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order and we will cancel it for a full refund if it has not yet shipped. Once an order has shipped, it must be handled as a return.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.

Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards and clearance or final-sale items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
