Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery within the United States takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. Total time from order to delivery is typically 4–9 business days.

Shipping Origin

All orders ship from within the United States. There are no customs delays or import fees.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. You will always see the exact amount before completing your purchase.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. Carrier scans may take up to 24 hours to appear after the label is created.

International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery for a free replacement or full refund. If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, contact us within 7 days and we will investigate with the carrier.

Incorrect Addresses

Please verify your shipping address at checkout. Contact us within 12 hours if you need to correct it. We cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address.
