We know that waiting is the hardest part of ordering online. Here's exactly what to expect — no vague promises, no hidden costs.

⏱️ Processing Time

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays are processed on the next business day.

🚚 Delivery Times

Total time from order to doorstep is typically 4–9 business days, including processing.

📍 Where We Ship From

All orders are shipped from within the United States. This means faster delivery, domestic tracking, and no customs delays or import fees.

🔍 Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, please check your spam folder and then email us.

Tracking information can take up to 24 hours to display activity after it is generated — this is normal.

💰 Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on your address. You will always see the exact cost before you pay. We never add surprise fees after purchase.

🌎 International Orders

We currently ship within the United States only. We hope to expand internationally in the future — if you're outside the U.S. and interested, email us and we'll let you know when we can serve your country.

📦 Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund.

If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package, contact us within 7 days and we will open an investigation with the carrier and make it right.

✏️ Wrong Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us within 12 hours and we'll correct it before dispatch. We cannot be responsible for packages delivered to an address entered incorrectly.
